Lemon Garlic Salmon

2 tbl butter

2 tbl minced garlic

1 tsp lemon pepper

2 4 oz. Salmon filets

lemon wedges

Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in Garlic. Season Salmon filets on both sides with lemon pepper. Place filets in pan and cook for 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with lemon juice the wedges before serving.
