Two arrested in Brunswick Co. on drug charges

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – According to officials with the Brunswick County sheriff's office, the county's Vice Narcotics Unit arrested and charged two suspects for possession of narcotics.

Phillip John Autwell, Jr., 22, of the 3300 block of Mt. Misery Road in Leland, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with trafficking opium or heroin and possession with the intent to sell and deliver a scheduled II controlled substance.

Tristan Jaymar McNeil, 26, of the 3900 block of Halyward Way in Myrtle Beach, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with trafficking cocaine, possession of up to a half ounce of marijuana, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine.

Both suspects' bond is set at $100,000.
