TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel website, announced its Traveler's Choice awards honoring the best hotels near Wilmington and around the world.
The Traveler's Choice awards are based on the millions of real and unbiased reviews and opinions from travelers throughout the world.
Comfort Suites Magnolia Greens was voted 2nd best bargain hotel as well as 13th best for service in the United States.
General manager Lee Ann Bolton says the hotel is kept impeccably clean, the staff is caring and friendly and they will always price check other hotels to make sure they are offering great deals.
Guests can also take advantage of the fitness room, a saltwater pool and a spacious meeting room.
Bolton says anyone who is traveling and planning on spending time in a hotel should call ahead of time and get a room. Also ask what the amenities are, so you don't have to get charged for checking in a bag that contains items the hotel can provide.
