New Hanover County Commissioner Jonathan Barfield speaks out about Brian Berger's actions:

It's definitely not a reflection of the county. The things happening in Mr. Berger's life are a reflection of him. I talked to him yesterday again about being on time. We had a TAC meeting this past Thursday and he was late to that. We had a county commissioner meeting he was late for that and just trying to reinforce to be professional you need to at least show up on time.
