Dr. Pam Taylor, is the pediatrician at the new Wilmington Health-Pediatrics office at Brunswick Forest. She says they are seeing a good bit of RSV, a respiratory virus seen in infants, as well as some strep and a multitude of viral conditions.
No cases of flu have been reported yet, but doctors say it normally peaks in February. The latest report from the Centers for Disease Control, or CDC, shows just a few cases of flu popping up around the country.
