Today's website comes from the Center for Disease Control--it's a page for kids to learn about health and well-being. According to the site, it's geared for kids between 9 and 13 so that they can make informed decisions for a healthy lifestyle.
The first thing that jumps out is dealing with stress--things like siblings or schoolwork, and ways to deal with stress. The "str8talk" link will lead you to a quiz to see if what you've heard about exercise is true. Whiz kids will take you to meet an expert on fitness topics or meet the BAM bunch. There are also links to test your personality, plan an activity calendar, as well as what health hazards are lurking in the locker room .
