all-purpose flour
1 ½
teaspoons dry mustard
½ teaspoon
salt
½ teaspoon
garlic powder
6 (1-inch
thick) lean pork chops
1 (10 ½-
ounce) can condensed chicken broth, undiluted

tablespoons vegetable
Combine flour, mustard, salt and
garlic powder in a shallow dish and dredge chops well; set pork chops aside.
Combine remaining flour mixture and
chicken broth in a 3½ quart slow cooker.
Pour oil into a large skillet and heat
over medium-high heat until hot. Brown
pork chops on both sides and then place in slow cooker.
Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH 2
to 2½ hours or until pork chops are tender.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and enjoy!
