Ingredients
8 ounces white chocolate
4 tablespoon - orange liquor, such as Grand Marnie
2 Tablespoons of water
1 1/4 cups of heavy cream
2 egg whites
Directions
In a double boiler melt chocolate liquor and water- stir to blend
cool until just warm to the touch
next beat cream until soft peaks form
FOLD cream into choc. mixture
clean bowl - whisk eggs whites until soft peaks form
then fold egg whites into choc. mixture
chill for 1 hour.
scoop into edible bowls
top off with edible flowers and fresh mint, :)
