There's a warning tonight from law enforcement officials - criminals have found a new way to steal your credit card information and you won't believe what they are using. The picture cell phone is a whole new way for criminals to snag credit card numbers. The Wilmington Police department is warning businesses to check picture id's and for consumers to be aware of their surroundings.
