Ingredients:

3-6 Ounces
Your Favorite Cheese
-
4-6 Each
Bacon Strips
-
1 ½ Cups
Spinach (Sautéed)
-
4-6 Fillets (Desired
Size) Fresh Salmon
-
3 Tbsp
Seafood seasoning
-
4-6 Each
Lemon Slices
-
1 Tbsp
Minced garlic
-
½ Tbsp
Olive Oil
-
Pinch
Salt
Directions:
1)
Sauté bacon strips then cut each in half and set aside.
2)
Lightly season the Salmon fillets and grill to medium.
3)
Sauté the spinach with olive oil, garlic and salt.
4)
Top each fillet with desired amount of spinach and ½ - 1 oz of
cheese.
5)
Cover the grill and allow the cheese to melt.
6)
Pull fillets off the grill.
7)
Plate & top with crispy bacon strips.
8)
Squeeze lemon wedge over top.
9)
Serve and enjoy.
