Small amount of Olive Oil

1 Large Chopped Onion

1 Tablespoon Garlic

2 Tablespoons Mild Peppers

1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 Tablespoon Salt & Pepper (to taste)

1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

3 Tablespoons Chili Powder (add last)

1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder

1 Chopped Green Bell Pepper

1 Chopped Red Bell Pepper

1 Can Chopped Clams (about 1 cup)

1/2 lb. Peeled & Deveined Shrimp

1 Cup Crabmeat (claw is better)

1 Cam Diced Tomatoes w/Juice (1 1/2 cup)

1 Can Red Kidney Beans w/Juice (1 1/2 cup)

1 Can Great Northern Beans w/Juice )1 1/2 cup)

On medium heat, start with olive oil, onions and garlic. Sautee until onions are clear. Begin adding additional ingredients but put the beans and tomatoes in near the end. Do not add the chili powder until all other ingredients have been mixed together. Adding the chili powder early could cause the ingredients to stick to the bottom of the pot and give the chili a burnt taste. Cook until throughly heated or let simmer while you are enjoying the pre-game activities of the Super Bowl.
