Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Sprinlke half the mixture over the four cube steaks. With a meat mallet, pound the seasoning into the meat. Flip the steaks over and pound the remaining season the same way. Melt the bacon grease in a skillet, brown the steaks on both sides, remove and set aside. Saute' the onions, celery, and carrots in the skillet and add the tomoatoes and broth. Cover an simmer.
