Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

1 head cauliflower

2 tea chopped garlic

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tbl. butter

1/4 cup asiago cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Boil or steam cauliflower and garlic until tender. Drain and remove as much water as possible. Using a food mill or processor you'll need to puree the cauliflower with cream., butterm cheese. Season with Salt and Pepper.
