WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - A viewer named Robert posted a problem with sandy roads on Presidio Drive in Wilmington on the See, Click, Fix section of WECT.com.
The post reads: "sandy roads are an eyesore in Monterey heights. Stopping at some stop signs cause vehicles to spin tires due to the amount of sand piled up from the recent rain/storms. Please help to get our roads clean again!"
The NC Department of Transportation was notified about the problem. They sent someone out to look at it and plan to have it fixed in a couple of weeks.
