1) In saut'e skillet-heat oil and saut'e sausage until lightl;y browned. remove from heat and drain excess oil. Set Aside
2) Heat lard in stock pot until it starts to smoke. Add 2/3's of the Okra and cook until its slightly brown.
3) Add 2/3's of onions, continue cooking until brown, reduce heat. Add 1/2 of the Cajun Magic and cook for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of the turkey stock, let evaporate. Add butter, let it melt. Add remaining stock and garlic. Add 2/3's of tomatoes, reamining seasonings, 2/3 of sausge and remaining garlic.
