Cream of Broccoli Soup

1 lb. broccoli, chopped

2 1/2 cups chicken stock

1 tsp. garlic, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

2 tbl. butter

2 tbl. flour

1 cup cream

Fresh Ground pepper and kosher salt

Combine the broccoli chicken stock, garlic, onions and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and cool slightly, process in a food processor until smooth. In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat and add the flour. Stir to combine, slowly add the cream stirring the whole time, then add the puree of broccoli. Adjust seasoning with the addition of salt and pepper.
