Broiled Pork Tenderloins with Orange Ginger Sauce

Orange Ginger Sauce


6 medium Oranges or 2 1/2 cups of juice

1 1/2 cups light brown sugar

1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, shredded

Bring the Orange juice and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Add the ginger and continue to cook for 7 minutes. Pour the sauce over grilled meat. Makes 1 quart.

2 pork tenderloins 4 strips bacon

Preheat the boiler. Wrap the tenderloins with the bacon. Place the wrapped pork tenderloin on a rack over a shallow pan about 4 inches below the element. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve with orange sauce.
