Ingredients

1 tbl. butter

2 tea chopped garlic

2 tbl. cooked chopped bacon

3 cups heavy cream

salt and pepper

1 tbl. chopped parsley and chives

1 pint oysters and juice

 

Heat butter in pan. Add garlic, herbs and bacon. Cook until garlic is browned. Add salt and pepper and cream. Bring to simmer. Add oysters and cook for 45 seconds. Put over toast or grits.
