WILMINGTON, NC (WSFX) - There's a chance Kellogg's could sponsor your next breakfast or two if you bought one of its products in the last year or so.
If you bought Cocoa Krispies or Rice Krispies between June 1, 2009 and March 1, 2010, chances are you could get up to $15 from the company.
Kellogg's is paying people - without even a proof of purchase - after a lawsuit said the cereal maker wasn't entirely truthful about their claim that their cereals could help your immune system.
You can receive $5 per box, up to 3 boxes for each household.
By signing the claim form, you're also promising you're telling the truth.
