Goat Cheese Fondue

1 egg

Japanese Bread crumbs

4 oz. fresh goat cheese divided into 2 pieces

2 tbl. butter

Dip got cheese disks first in eggs, then into bread crumbs. Heat butter in non stick pan. Put goat cheese in pan and cook until lightly browned and put with a full salad.
