Shrimp and Onion Fritters

1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined, shopped

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 small green bell pepper, trimmed and minced

1 large egg

1 cup of water

1 cup cake flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

6 cups peanut oil

In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, onion, belle pepper carrorts. In another bowl combine beaten egg, flour, baking soda and salt. The stir in the shrimp mixture. In a wok heat the oil to 360 degrees then fry tbls. of the batter, turning occasionally for 3-4 minutes or until crispy.
