6 eggs yolks

3 cups of cream

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Heat Cream. Add vanilla and whisk egg yolks and sugar in bowl. Slowly pour in cream. Put in custard and bake for 40 minutes at 359 degrees.
