After some light morning showers, skies will quickly clear and cooler weather returns for today and Friday. Another dry and breezy day will lead to an elevated fire danger again later today. Good news it now appears rain chances will increase early next week! Maybe some relief for allergy sufferers.
Today's high should hit 74. Clouds and showers chances may linger in the very early morning hours. Clearing should ensue through the morning with temperatures making it into the mid 70s. Strong downsloping northwest and west winds off the mountains will keep the temperatures warm but also elevate the fire danger again this afternoon. NO BURNING again today. Tonight as we lose the downsloping wind, we'll see partly cloudy skies and chilly lows in the upper 30's and low 40's.
