Today will be very warm but it also be windy and that means a high fire danger for today. A cool front pushes through the area tonight bring a few light and quick showers to the area late tonight. However skies will quickly clear and cooler weather returns for tomorrow and Friday.
Expect a high of 82 today with a low of 58. With strong southwest winds kicking up to 10 to 20 mph through the afternoon, expect highs in the low 80s, with mid to upper 80s likely inland. Lots of sunshine is expected but clouds will be on the increase, especially in the evening. The combination of high winds, low humidity, and warm temperatures will lead to a high fire danger today. NO BURNING FROM 9AM-8PM. Overnight a front will push in from the northwest. Rain chances increase overnight to around 40%. Most rainfall totals will be on the order of about a tenth of an inch. An isolated thunderstorm is not out of the question.
