Soy Bean and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
 3 cups soy beans, blanched and chilled

6 cups thinly sliced cucmber

2 tbl. Sesame seeds, toasted

 3 tbl. Sesame oil

2 tbl. Rice wine vinegar

salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.
