Shrimp in a Bag

¼ lbs. Jumbo shrimp, peeled deveined

4 tbl. Butter

1 tbl. Chives

Zest of 2 lemons

Kosher salt & pepper to taste

Put all ingredients into a ziplock bag. Make sure bag is airtight. Put in barely simmering water and cook for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are no longer translucent. Pour over toasted bread and serve.
