Blue Crab Slaw


Blue Crab Slaw

3 cups cabbage, thin sliced

1/3 cup red onion, then sliced

1/2 rice wine, vinegar

2 tbl. creme fraiche, or sour cream

Juice of 1 Lemon

salt and pepper

3.4 lb. Jumbo lump crab meat

Combine all ingredients except crab meat

Gently fold in crab and chill for 30 minutes.
