Scones with fresh fruit

2 lbs. all purpose flour

1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 lb. sugar

1/2 lb. butter

1 cup milk

Pinch of salt

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Mix ingredients together, roll out flat with rolling pin;

Cut biscuits and placed on parchment paper on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees, under browned. (Yield: 24 2/12 inch scones).

Garnish with fresh fruit and whipped topping.
