David Hansen is now in jail after recovering from bullet wounds in the Hospital. Hansen was injured last week after a shot-gun standoff with Wilmington police.

That's when one officer shot Hansen in the shoulder.
Hansen is being charged with possession of a weapon by a felon, two counts of assaulting a government official and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
