6 tbl. Tamari

2 tbl. Fish sauce

2 tbl. Sugar

1 tbl. Red Curry Paste


10 Rancher Beef tenderloins (4 oz. cut)

6 tbl. Peanut Oil

Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper

Combine the soy sauce, fish sauce and Red Curry in a mixing bowl, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add the beef and marinate for 1-2 hours. In a small bowl, combine the beef steals with the oil and salt and pepper to taste and toss to coat. Grill the beef over medium hot coals for 3 minutes per side turning once.
