1 tbl. Butter

2 tbl. Brown sugar

1 cup fresh melon


1/8 tsp. cinnamon

½ oz. Banana Liqueur

1 oz. Duplin Port wine (24 years old)

Begin by melting the butter in sauté pan. Add brown sugar and blend well. Next add the fruit and then sauté. Then add cinnamon, banana liqueur and Port Wine. Ignite liquid and baste fruit until flames goes out. Serve over desired ice cream.
