For a better burger insert a piece of butter in between 2 beef patties, and then season with salt and pepper. You can also grill some tuna with fresh vegetables that you can pick your self.

Chimichurri Sauce


1 bunch Cilantro

1/4 cup extra virgin Olive Oil

the Juice of 2 limes

2 tbl. Sherry Vinegar

Salt and Pepper

1 tbl. chili flakes

Combine all the ingredients and brush on grilled meats and fish
