Lucky Fisherman Grouper Salad

1 lb. Grouper Filet

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced yellow onion

1/4 cup diced green pepper

1/4 cup diced dill pickle

1/4 Diced Tomatoes

2 tbs. Mayonnaise

1 tbs. Horseradish



Cavender's Greek Seasoning/or your own favorite seasoning

Fresh Leaf Spinach

1) Steam fish for approximately 20 minutes. Check the thickest part of the fish to see if finished. Chill grouper until cool.

2) In a medium sized bowl flake the grouper with a fork. Next Add all diced vegetables, mayo, horseradish, juice from 2 lime wedges, salt to taste, and 1/4 tsp. of Cavender's Greek Seasoning. Fold ingredients together with a spoon until mixed thoroughly.

3) Chill in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Serve over fresh lettuce or preferably fresh leaf spinach.
