1) Dust Chops lightly with flour. Melt butter in non stick skillet and saute' chops over medium heat until brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side or sauted to your desired doneness.
2) Remove chops to a serving platter. Pour both into skillet, increase heat and deglaze skillet by boiling and scraping loose browned bits on bottom of pan.
