Ginger Pork Chops in Mustard Sauce

4 Boneless pork loin chops

2 tbls. all purpose flour

1 tsp. butter

3/4 cup chicken broth

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

2 tsp. fresh minced ginger

2 tsp. Grain mustard

4 green onions, minced

Kosher Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

1) Dust Chops lightly with flour. Melt butter in non stick skillet and saute' chops over medium heat until brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side or sauted to your desired doneness.

2) Remove chops to a serving platter. Pour both into skillet, increase heat and deglaze skillet by boiling and scraping loose browned bits on bottom of pan.

3) Add ginger and cook, stirring frequently for 2 minutes. Stir in mustard and green onions. Season with Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. Spoon sauce over chops.
