An arbitrator says the lawyer for former Miss North Carolina Rebekah Revels has to show the nude photos that led her to resign her crown.
But attorney Barry Nakell says he plans to resist the order.
Judge Conley Ingram of Georgia made a ruling on Thursday that prevents Revels from crowning the next Miss North Carolina at the annual pageant on June 21st. Because of his decision, neither Revels nor Misty Clymer, who took the Miss North Carolina title after Revels lost it, will crown the next beauty queen.
Nakell says he has prints and copies on a computer disk and is under orders from a Robeson County Superior Court judge not to show them to anyone.
Revels has testified that ex-boyfriend Tosh Welch took two photos, neither with her permission, and that in the second one she crossed her arms to cover herself. Revels is suing Welch, the Miss North Carolina Pageant Organization and the Miss America Organization.
