Power Breakfast Hash

2 tsp. traditional olive oil

2 tsp. unsalted butter

1 cup chopped onions

1 cup chopped green pepper

2 cloves garlic minced

1 bag frozen hash browns potatoes

1/4 tsp. kosher salt

1/4 freshly ground pepper

4 oz. sliced deli ham

3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

1) Heat and oil and butter over medium heat in a skillet, add onion and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes, add the thawed hash brown, salt and pepper.

2) Add ham and cook until potatoes are brown, top with shredded cheese, cook until melted.
