Sungelo's Baby Back Ribs

4 pounds of Pork back ribs

64 ounces of Beer on Sale

1 tsp. of Garlic Salt

18 ounces of H.T. Trader BBQ Memphis Sauce

Trim the ribs of all visible fat. Using a fork poke fork holes throughout the slabs.

Place ribs in a shallow pan and cover with beer then with foil and at 300 degrees for 2 hours.

Finish on grill by turning and basting ribs with the combination of garlic salt and barbecue sauce for 12 minutes.
