Lucky Fisherman Fish Kabobs

1 lb. Chunked Tuna (or Fish of choice)

1/2 cup Medium Dried Onions

1/2 cup Medium Diced Green Peppers

1/2 cup Medium Diced Tomatoes

Salt to taste

Cajun Seasoning

Granulated Garlic

Melted Butter


1) To make fish kabobs repeat the process of sliding ingredients onto skewer in the order of: Tomato, Fish, Green Pepper, Onion, and Fish.

2) Next, season the kabobs by sprinkling the Cajun Seasoning, granulated garlic and salt.

3) Heat Saute pan on medium heat and 2 Tbs. of melted butter to the pan. When the pan is heated, gently place the fish kabobs into the center of the saute pan.

4) Cook approximately 2 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Serve with Spanish rice and any desired sauce.
