Vegetable Frittata

Swiss Cheese

A dozen Eggs


1 cup of Milk

1 cup of heavy cream

Nut Meg

Maple Syrup

1) Mix the Eggs, Milk, Cream and nut Meg is a larger bowl. Whisk the mixture until it is smooth.After the mixture is smooth, add a little bit of Maple Syrup.

2) In another prepared bowl lay out your other ingredients. This recipe uses Asparagus and Swiss cheese, but you can use any type of meat, cheese or vegetables. Spread out all of the ingredients so that the bottom of the bowl is covered.

3) Pour the egg mixture onto the topping ingredients. Place the bowl in the oven set 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
