1 cup flour

2/3 cup cold milk

2/3 cup cold water

3 large eggs

1/4 tsp. salt

3 tbs melted butter (and extra for brushing on pan)

Filling of choice

Note: If filling with meat or seafood, pre-cook filling

What to do:

Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor--or whisk until smooth.

Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour or more.

Medium heat add small amount and roll batter around.

Flip and then remove from heat.

You can freeze them, but it you stack them make sure you use non-sitck paper in between them.
