Dijon Baby Back Ribs

4 lbs. baby back pork rib

1 cup Dijon mustard

1 tbls. minced garlic

1/4 cup of honey

3 tbls. lemon juice

Kosher Salt

Freshly ground pepper

1) Combine marinade ingredients of Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2) Place ribs in plastic bag and add 3/4 of the marinade; seal and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

3) Discard used marinade and place ribs on broiler pan that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.

4) Bake in 300 degree oven for about 2 hours, or Grill basting often with the remaining marinade, until glazed.
