WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Another Wilmington business has fallen victim to the poor economy.
The owner of Dinner a Go-Go, a business that offers meals to take home and cook, sent an email to clients saying the store would close next month.
"It is nearly impossible for me to find the words to announce that we have no choice but to go out of business, effective mid to late January 2010," said owner Mandy Caulder in the email.
Anyone who has bought a punch card will still have some time to use it. The store will be closed for the holidays from Dec. 24 - Jan. 3. They will reopen January 4th with a new menu and stay open for several weeks; giving customers a chance to use their cards.
"We are devastated about losing our business, but that pales in comparison to how we'd feel about closing without honoring our commitment to you," said Caulder.
