Man arrested after breaking into Wilmington apartments

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Wilmington police have arrested a man after he allegedly broke into two apartments.

Reginald Lewis Gibson has been charged with two counts of breaking and entering and larceny.

Police say Gibson broke into two apartments near 12th and Wright Streets around 11:15 Saturday night.

Authorities say he stole several electronics valued at about $500.

He is in custody at the New Hanover County correctional facility under $30,000 secured bond.
