1) Cook Tuna or Chicken to your liking.
2) Slice and let cool a bit. Place a tortilla in the oven to warm up. Then place sliced cheese and black beans in the tortilla and pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
3) Place Tuna or chicken slices in the tortilla. Add salsa, sour cream, tomatoes to your liking.
