Off the Menu-Perfect Quiche


8 inch (frozen)

6 eggs

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

filling of choice (recommended-bacon, ham, cheese, tomatoes, spinach)

Tip- precook meat


whisk eggs and cream together

put meats, filling in first

pour eggs and cream over top

cook for 350 degrees for 30 minutes

lower temperature to 325 degrees and cook for another 15-30 minutes

***cooking times will vary depending on filling***


can cook a day ahead

keeps in fridge for 3 days

can be breakfast, luch, or dinner
