St. Valentine's Framboise Crepes

ST. VALENTINES FRAMBOISE CREPES

Make Valentine's Day Special for your special someone with this Tasty Treat

 

Ingredients

2 cups Black Raspberry Ice Cream

4 each 8" to 10" crepes

8 oz. Raspberry dessert sauce

2 pints fresh red Raspberrys

1/4 cup Grand Mariner

4 tbsp. chocolate sauce

whipped cream

1) Lay crepes out flat on dessert plates. Spread 1 tbsp. chocolate sauce evenly on crepe. Take 1/2 cup ice cream and place down the center of the crepe. Roll crepe into log shape and place in freezer.

2) In saute pan, pour grand mariner and raspberry sauce into pan and heat slowly until warm. Add fresh raspberrys and toss gently until coated evenly. Spoon over crepes and top with whipped cream.
