BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) - Two teenagers are recovering while two people are facing charges after a shooting incident that happened in Bolivia Tuesday.

According to the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office, 21-year-old Jaquan Lamont Holland fired a rifle at Anthony Johnson, 17, and Bradley Williams, 16, who were sitting in a vehicle parked in front of Williams' residence.

Johnson sustained a bullet wound to the face, and both he and Williams had multiple cuts to their face and heads from shattered glass.

Neighbors said they're concerned with the safety of their neighborhood.

"That makes me feel uncomfortable to be honest with you," said Randy Morrison.  "I have a little six year old daughter. I would have hated for her to be outside and gunshot came by."

Brunswick County authorities arrested Holland and his passenger, 17-year-old Brittany LeAnn Smith.

Holland was charged with two counts of attempted murder, three counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle, and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

Smith was charged with felony conspiracy.
