Salade Fruits De Mur
(Warm Seafood Salad)
1) Marinate Seafood on 1/3 of dressing for 30 minutes and spread evenly on a sheet pan. Repeat process with vegetables and spread evenly on a sheet pan.
2) Place in a 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until Seafood is done.
3) On a large platter arrange roasted Seafood and vegetables on top of the mixed field greens. Top with dressing and enjoy.
