(Warm Seafood Salad)

Ingredients

6 oz. Mixed Baby Field Greens

4 oz. Peeled Shrimp

4 oz. Baby Scallops

4 oz. Lump Crab meat

4 ea. Medium Portabella Mushroom Caps

2 ea. Roma Tomatoes (Cut in 1/2)

2 slices ea. Zuchini, Yellow Squash, Sweet Onion

1 1/2 Cup of Basalmic Vinagrette Dressing

1) Marinate Seafood on 1/3 of dressing for 30 minutes and spread evenly on a sheet pan. Repeat process with vegetables and spread evenly on a sheet pan.

2) Place in a 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until Seafood is done.

3) On a large platter arrange roasted Seafood and vegetables on top of the mixed field greens. Top with dressing and enjoy.
