Dr. Lerch Question 6

The Strategic Planning Committee, which includes representatives from our key stakeholders such as parents and the business community, began the strategic planning process this summer. They are currently analyzing the district's characteristics, identifying the major issues that need to be addressed and developing options for potential solutions.  The strategic plan will benefit both our schools and community in the following ways:

  • Improved overall performance.
  • Develop a clear picture of our future state.
  • Build broad ownership within or organization for needed changes.
  • Establish a common basis for setting priorities throughout our organization.
  • Make future success a planned event.
